I. Side pads: Essential for maintaining optimal temperatures in loading and unloading areas. Truck movement can displace dock-shelter curtains and allow air infiltration. Foam pads covered with rigid fabric fit the shelter corners closely, blocking airflow and reducing thermal losses.

II. Alapont inflatable dock shelter: Recommended where indoor and outdoor temperature differences are significant. It provides effective protection from cold, wind, and heat.
Hinged Cold-Room Doors

Hygienic Door-Leaf Design

• Folded steel sheet construction requires no perimeter molding or welding. Its double-folded side finish improves mechanical strength and cleanability, while the leaf fits semi-recessed into the frame.

• A more efficient thermal system reduces gasket exposure to cold air: only 5 mm around the upper and side perimeter, compared with 20 mm on an overlay design.

• A cleaner appearance keeps the same 50 mm projecting leaf thickness across both chilled and freezer doors.

Telescopic Frame with Front Thermal Break
• Innovative telescopic frame and counterframe system (±40 mm) adapts wall fastening to insulated panels or masonry from 60 to 100 mm thick; manufactured from 20-micron anodized aluminum.

• Double FRONT thermal break for improved efficiency.

• Frame installation only requires cutting the panel to the clear opening plus 3 cm around the perimeter, compared with the market-standard 5 cm.

This model supplies every disassembled component for a modular sliding refrigeration door without the panel, simplifying handling and transport for assembly at the destination.
Designed for a smooth 100 mm / 4 in insulated sandwich panel to complete the leaf. Suitable for temperatures from +0 °C to -20 °C.
